Founded in 1987, AMDL is a US-based pharmaceutical company with major operations in China. Our corporate headquarters are located in Tustin, California and we have major research, development and manufacturing facilities in both the US and “The People’s Republic of China”.

In partnership with our China-based subsidiary Jade Pharmaceutical, Inc. (“JPI”), we develop and deliver innovative and therapeutic diagnostic, pharmaceutical, cosmetic products worldwide. This includes our proprietary and USFDA-approved AMDL ELISA DR-70 (FDP) non-invasive, in vitro diagnostic cancer blood test, Combination Immunogene Therapy cancer vaccine and best-selling Goodnak® anti-aging cosmetic and therapeutic skin care line.
